Description

Hybrid working, 12.91 per hour, 39 days annual leave, 35hrs per week for an excellent work life balance.
7hr shifts per day across Monday – Saturday between 8-6 (on Saturdays the latest you’ll work is 3pm!)

Glasgow based, free parking, training for 5 week is office based, thereafter hybrid working if preferred.

Start dates available in March 2025, interviewing for this opportunity in the next 2 weeks.

Duties:

  • Inbound customer service calls as well as live chat support
  • Processing customer requests
  • Verifying customer identity
  • Updating customer records
  • Reporting suspicious calls to the fraud department
  • Providing a high standard of customer service

Initially you’ll start on an agency contract for 6 months, thereafter you will move to a permanent contract where you will receive the below additional; benefits:
