If you are interested in a role which is flexible, challenging and rewarding then this may be the role for you.In a typical day you may:Complete and Offer 1-1 individual support to people living with Cancer. Complete the Electronic Holistic Needs Assessment with people living with Cancer to form a comprehensive care plan.Engage and scope services to enable support to be both effective and efficient given to people living with Cancer.Complete and carry out action plan and be able to manage a large caseload, sign post to existing services, support in-group activities, and look to be able to break down barriers for people living with Cancer.The role will require you to manage your own workload effectively, be flexible with occasional evening work and occasional weekend work. You will need to be able to work on your own initiative whilst benefitting from being part of a supportive team and renowned national charity.Strong understanding of the North Bridgend area and its community services.Organisation ProfileThe Coalfields Regeneration Trust (CRT) is the Britain’s leading regeneration agency dedicated to former coalfields.
