ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF PARTNERSHIPS AND POLICYWe’re seeking an enthusiastic and committed individual to join our leadership team as our new Assistant Director of Partnerships and Policy.This is an excellent new opportunity for someone who wants to further their career in strategic leadership and collaboration. We’re looking for someone with a strong background in policy development and a good understanding of the landscape in Wales and the UK. This role will focus on supporting a culture of innovation and high performance across the organisation and positioning WCVA as the sector leader in Wales.ASSISTANT DIRECOR OF PARTNERSHIPS AND POLICYWelsh Language Category: DesirableFull time, 35 hours per week, flexibly£52,866 to £59,501 per annum. The starting salary will be £52,866 with progress through the salary range linked to successful completion of probation period and our performance review process. The post will attract a contribution of 9% of annual salary to WCVA’s approved pension scheme.Base: Flexible: We have office hubs in Aberystwyth, Cardiff and Rhyl that staff can utilise.About the roleWithin this role you will provide strategic leadership and direction that strengthens collaboration and partnership working across the voluntary sector in Wales. You will play a critical role in ensuring the sector’s voice is amplified and heard at the highest levels, influencing policy and decision-making to achieve shared voluntary sector goals.
