We aim to provide classroom support to our partner schools by sourcing outstanding Cover Supervisors who have the following qualities and understanding.

The duties and responsibilities in the job description are not restrictive and you may be required to undertake other reasonable duties from time to time. Any duties should not substantially change the general character of the post Secondary Cover Supervisor:
You will deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects when the teacher is absent
Supervise a mixture of ages and abilities in KS3/KS4
You will have flexible hours (pick and choose days you want to work)
Opportunity to work in different locations (more experience for CV)
Have good leadership skills and confidence to control large classes (25-30 pupils)
Report any safeguarding concerns
Be a positive role model to young adults
Person Specification
You must hold a clear, Enhanced DBS, to include Childrens Barred List, which is on the update service. (we can organise the application for this)
Have a love for working with young adults and supporting their development.
No previous experience is necessary (training will be provided)
Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent
