Events OfficerWe’re seeking a pro-active and friendly individual to join our exciting Learning & Events team.We’re looking for someone with excellent people skills to join us in delivering our busy events programme. Our events are a way of bringing the voluntary sector together to provide important information, facilitate co-production and celebrate the incredible work carried out by staff and volunteers in all corners of Wales. This opportunity is perfect for anyone looking to increase their knowledge and experience of producing engaging events to a wide range of audiences.Events officerWelsh Language Category: DesirableFull time, 35 hours per week, flexibly £32,372* increasing to £34,308* per annum following successful completion of a six- month probationary period. About the role As WCVA’s Events Officer, you would be responsible for delivering our annual events programme, including our flagship conference gofod3 and The Welsh Charity Awards. Our exciting events programme attracts hundreds of participants every year and really helps the sector to make a bigger difference.This role will provide countless opportunities to develop leadership and communications skills whilst working within a supportive and knowledgeable team.
