Line management of the post will be through the Deputy CEOPurpose of the PostOur project aims to improve carers own mental wellbeing, family relationships, increase resilience and prevent ill health & enabling more carers/ families of people with a mental illness to keep themselves well and independent for as long as possible, and more able to manage their caring role safely
