Through skills training, work experience and paid work placements, participants will increase their understanding of green careers and have the opportunity to secure long-term employment. By encouraging diversity in green careers, the programme is providing a helping hand to ensure opportunities for all.We are looking for a dynamic and creative Operations Manager to join our team, who will play a lead role in coordinating and driving this exciting programme. You will have a proven track record of delivering employment programmes, a good understanding of supported employment principles and a genuine commitment to co-production. This is a 5-year project funded through the Dormant Assets fund (which is delivered by the National Lottery Community Fund).Closing date 9th June at 12noonInterviews taking place week commencing the 16th June
