Women include those serving a community order and women released from HMP Eastwood Park.The Nelson Trust Women’s Centres offer gender-responsive, trauma-informed practical and emotional support and interventions to address needs including housing, substance misuse, health, finance, previous trauma, children & families, and education, training and employment with the aim of reducing social harms and re-offending whilst empowering women to access opportunities to reach their full potential.The Centres are a unique resource – a safe, women-only space where a wide range of problems related to offending, safety and well-being can be addressed in a warm and supportive environment.As the Centre Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the Women’s Centre, whilst providing support and line management to keyworkers.
