We are funded to provide services to people in the local area as well as across England and Wales.Role overviewYou will be part of one of our generalist adviser teams, delivering advice on welfare benefits, debt, housing, employment, immigration, discrimination, family, and social welfare issues. Our teams are diverse, with a range of experiences, and work together in our Barry office, delivering advice to clients via face-to-face appointments, telephone, email and webchat. On occasion, face-to-face appointments take place in our Cardiff office and at our community locations.For more information, please read our job description.During your training you will work 9am to 5pm. Because our telephone lines are open to clients between 8am and 7pm, once you have completed your training, you will work your weekly hours on a shift pattern of either 8am to 4pm, 9am to 5pm or 11am to 7pm.
